O cunoscuta revista britanica din domeniul telefoniei mobile a anuntat ieri castigatorii galei anuale "What Mobile Awards 2011". Au fost inregistrate mii de voturi ale cititorilor revistei "What Mobile" si ai site-ului web whatmobile.net.

Motorola Gleam a fost desemnat cel mai bun terminal non-touchscreen, Samsung Galaxy SII - cel mai bun telefon multimedia, iar Nokia Lumia 800 a fost ales de catre redactorii revistei la categoria "Editor’s Choice Award".

Apple a reusit sa ia patru premii in acest an, fiind desemnat cel mai bun producator. iPhone 4 a punctat la doua categorii: "Best Phone for Business" si premiul obtinut si in 2010: cel mai bun telefon cu ecran tactil. Cea mai buna tableta a anului 2011 a fost desemnata iPad 2.

Cel mai bun telefon al anului 2011 a fost ales Samsung Galaxy S II. La editia galei "What Mobile" din 2010, premiul pentru cel mai bun telefon al anului a fost adjudecat de HTC Desire. Galaxy S II confirma premiul, in urma cu o luna castigand si titlul de telefonul anului 2011 la Gadget Awards 2011.
